Price atlas

What €/m² actually is.

Not a league table. Property prices in Greece are ranges, not points, and they overlap heavily between places you'd never compare. This shows the spread, by segment, so you can read the dimension you care about — never a single "best value" verdict.

Sourced

Asking-price ranges from Spitogatos SPI & market reports, June 2026 — indicative asking prices by segment, not valuations. Each row carries its source beneath its figures.

A price is a starting point, not a verdict. The bars are ranges because condition, exact micro-location, view and legal status move a property within its band — sometimes across the whole of it.

Notice the overlap. A renovated standard home on a prime island can cost the same €/m² as a first-line home two islands over. "Cheaper" and "dearer" are lenses, not conclusions — which is why there's no overall score here.

When you paste real figures, each row carries its source and date. A number without provenance isn't data; it's a rumour with a decimal point.
